At a Turning Point: Novel Therapeutic Developments in Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) Research : Conference posted online!
This was one of my favorite conferences. It was for MDs, not patients, but advanced patients will be able to understand most of it. If you are new to the world of brain tumors, start off with the lectures from our 11/12/2013 patient conference. After watching them, you will be able to understand a lot of what is going on in this new conference.
The videos work in Internet Explorer and Chrome now, but not firefox. I am working on that. Let me know if you have trouble with any other browsers.

The Musella Foundation, in collaboration with the Chris Elliott Fund and the Scott & White Healthcare Foundation presented a conference in Miami Florida on 11/12/14.
We have just put the presentations on our website, free for everyone. Go to virtualtrials.com/video.cfm to view the list of topics. Dr Henry Brem was our keynote speaker, talking about Innovation in Neuro-oncology: Lessons From the Folkman Legacy of Anti-angiogenesis for Effective Combination Therapies.
There are about 7 hours of presentations. All of them are worth viewing.
There are a few presentations on how the Optune system works. (At the time of the conference, it was called by it's old name - the Novocure NovoTTF100a system). We also invited researchers who work on other types of cancer to share their thoughts on how their work may be applicable to the brain tumor world.
