A letter from Ken Stover:

Ken Stover is riding his bike in the Tour of the California Alps to raise money for the Musella Foundation.

The Musella Foundation supports brain tumor research, brain tumor community communication, clinical trials and patient/family support. This cause is special for me because my father is suffering from one of the worst brain tumor forms (glioblastoma multiforme) and he is in the end stage of his battle. For my family, the Musella foundation has been a useful source of information on this disease and treatment options. For more information on the Musella Foundation please visit www.virtualtrials.com .

The Tour of the California Alps (aka California Death Ride) is a beautiful but challenging ride in the Sierra's at the California - Nevada border. This is a one day ride of 129 miles with 16,000 feet of cumulative ascending over 5 mountain passes at altitudes between 5,000 and 9,000 feet. Many use this event to raise money for a cause to motivate themselves to train and complete this ride. The more I can raise for this worthy cause the more motivated I will be to suffer and complete this ride. For more information on this event please visit www.deathride.com .

It is possible to easily donate by credit card or check directly to the Musella Foundation via their website at www.virtualtrials.com/donate.cfm . If you are a Pfizer employee and donate over $25, Pfizer will match your gift to this organization. If you donate via the web site, please indicate that you are contributing to my effort as a Pfizer colleague and please copy me in an Email with your pledge. If you want me to handle all this, you can mail your check made out to the Musella Foundation and Pfizer matching form if over $25. Also I will match all contributions made by Antibacterial TA colleagues.

Thanks in advance for your support in this effort,

Ken Stover
