  • Question: Can anyone explain this. When I use my right arm in a forceful way such as with a tool or shutting a door, my right eye twitches hard 2 to 3 times. It twitches bad like someone is pulling on it and my lips tingle too. I now have headaches and I have never had headaches this often. I wake up with them and they are isolated/ back of the neck/ behind my eyes. I also have moments of light-headedness and short term memory loss.

The symptoms are troubling to you and if I were you,I would ask your physician to take a history and perform an examination.
