- Question: My brother just had surgery to remove a brain tumor. Do you have any recommendations on when, or if, his 2-year-old and 4-year-old children should visit the hospital after the surgery? Any suggestions for how to introduce the new turban on daddy to the kids? He is very mentally alert and walking around the day after surgery.
If he is doing well, the visit will be good for everyone involved. As for explanations, keep it simple.
