		Comments:		This study will combine functional MRI, which can non-invasively identify critical areas of the brain that control movement, speech, and sight, with surgical navigation technology. The surgeon will thereby be able to precisely identify areas of the brain at risk during surgery, and on the other hand, perform the maximum tumor resection possible without harming crucial functions such as those listed.
