Comments: Lenalidomide is an analogue of thalidomide, but is several times more potent as an anti-angiogenic agent without toxicities associated with thalidomide. The goal of the Phase I study is to find the highest safe dose of Irinotecan plus Lenalidomide in patients with malignant gliomas. The Phase II study will determine the effectiveness of this combination against gliomas.
