Prior Surgery is Allowed Prior Radiation is Allowed Prior Chemotherapy is Allowed Patients must have a surgically accessible tumor for which surgical resection is indicated. Primary glioma patients are eligible for vaccine preparation and potential treatment at the time of tumor progression; recurrent glioma patients are eligible for vaccine preparation and treatment post-operatively. Patients may or may not have had prior chemotherapy, but must have been treated with radiotherapy. Patients may have had treatment for no more than 2 prior relapses, where `relapse` is defined as progression following initial therapy. |
