Treatment includes high-dose methotrexate given IV and intra-arterial chemotherapy with carboplatine given inconjunction with blood-brain barrier disruption. After 4 cycles patients in complete response undergo high dose chemotherapy with autologous peripheral stem cell transplantation. No radiotherapy id given to responding patients. |
