Cediranib is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor of VEGF signaling. Study may include tumor tissue biomarker analysis and pharmacogenetic study of blood samples, as well as quality of life studies.
Only one prior systemic chemotherapy regimen permitted, and that regimen must have included temozolomide. Prior Gliadel wafers are permitted (considered local, not systemic therapy)
