Comments: |

VEGF Trap is a specific antagonist that binds and inactivates circulating VEGF in the blood stream and in the extravascular space. Treatment with VEGF Trap is well tolerated and resulted in evaluable response in a significant number of patients when used as a single agent, and constitutes the rationale for combination with temozolomide and radiation therapy following debulking surgery. |
