Min Karnofsky Score: 60: Requires occasional assistance but is able to care for most of own needs
Conditions: Prior Surgery is Allowed
Prior Radiation is Allowed
Prior Chemotherapy is Allowed
-Unequivocal evidence of progressive disease by MRI or CT scan while on a stable dose of steroids for = 5 days -Failed prior radiotherapy -No more than 3 prior therapies, including initial treatment and treatment for 2 relapses
