Conditions: Prior Surgery is Allowed
Prior Radiation is Allowed
Prior Chemotherapy is Sometimes Allowed
Histologically confirmed oligodendroglioma or mixed oligoastrocytoma Grade 2-4 Recurrent disease Failed prior surgery, radiotherapy, nitrosourea-based therapy, or temozolomide chemotherapy regimen Progressive disease by MRI or CT scan No more than 2 prior chemotherapy regimens No prior or concurrent significant intratumoral hemorrhage
