[02/23/2008-1745] Kingsport, TN USA : Erin is my 14 year-old niece, who is in Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville. She is in critical condition. The doctors were not giving her very good odds of survivalbut she is a miracle so far. She suffers from strep. Flu, and double pnuemonia. On top of that she has developed septic shock to her blood system. Her kidneys have been failing as well as possible liver and heart damage. She is a super sweet lil child of God and has been a Christian from the time she entered this world. Doctors have basically turned it over to God and prayers...that is why I ask for your prayers and support if only in your hearts. Her family also is in strong need of prayers from friends and family, these include her Father Chris Page..Mother KImberly Malone and Step-Father Brian Malone...sister Morgan Campbell as well as extended family of Grandparents.uncles, aunts and cousins. She has made several signs of improvement at times with just our small group prayers. So, I feel we can multiply this with mass group prayer from you and all your email friends and families.

Please join me in prayer agreement for healing and medical wisdom for Paula Schlecht. She has Stage III colon cancer but has recently learned the C has hit her liver. She said there was growth development by the size of half-a-pinky finger.
Next week she is scheduled for surgery to remove what ever tumors affecting her colon and insert a pump to target the tumors that chemo may not be reaching. My heart just sank when she told me this latest update. But I told her we will get through this together- we will remain faithful to prevail. Her medical team told her no one "yet" has ever survived this treatment but she told them, "then I will be your first and certainly not your last".
She is a faithful light and servant of our dear Lord. I am with her all the way and we would appreciate the Prayer Friends joining us in agreement for Paula's restoration and healing needs.

Heath was critically injured in an oilfield accident Monday morning, November 26, 2007. Part of the derrick fell on him during the rigging down process. He was crushed in his chest area. His spinal cord was severed, and he is now paralyzed from the waist down. Both lungs had collapsed. His right ear was severed but they have re-attached it. His collar bone and several ribs are broke. But, by the grace of God, he does not have a brain injury, and his internal organs - liver, kidneys, stomach, spleen - are all fine! He may be hurt, but Heath is a miracle.
He is sedated and on a respirator with 100% oxygen. He is in ICU in Amarillo. Megan his wife, his parents, his sisters, and other family and friends have been by his side. Right now, he will stay sedated and on the respirator to get his lungs healed. They cannot do surgery to straighten his back until he has been off the respirator for at least 10 days.
He continues to improve. Please keep Heath, his family, and his nurses and doctors in your prayers.
