Question: My 59-year-old friend has a brain tumor and is scheduled for a biopsy in 6 days. Her short-term memory and balance are deteriorating quickly. She and her husband do not know how to care for her until the biopsy. Do you have any specific recommendations?

See www.survivingbraincancer.com and get first book or download first 5 chapters to know questions to ask. Best to go with your friend to doctors visit to help with things not asked or forgotten. Often this will disappear when steroids are started to reduce the brain swelling factor.
